Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 165 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 165 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed, along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balance or rewards.

- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 165 platform agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any unlawful use, fraud, system manipulation, or activity that is detrimental to other users is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 165 platform and may result in immediate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of 165's systems
- Engaging in fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit card or payment information
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets

- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
165 reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending access, voiding transactions, or withholding funds suspected of involvement in unlawful activity while an investigation is ongoing.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 165 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using supported payment methods and in the name of the registered account holder. Fund transfers to third parties are not permitted.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by our processing system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. 165 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require users to provide supporting documents for compliance purposes. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as displayed in your account section. 165 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
Any bonus or promotion received is subject to the rollover requirements and withdrawal limits specified in the relevant offer. Bonus funds may not be transferred or converted to any form other than game credits unless the rollover conditions have been fully met.

Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance upon completion of the verification process.

All content on the 165 platform, including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of 165 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, or use any such content without prior written consent from 165.
